Alana De La Garza is a stunning actress who is leaving a mark on the small screen. The parents of De La Garza were both Irish and Mexican American. She was born in Columbus, Ohio, on the 26th of December, 1976. Soon after, she moved to Texas where she pursued a medical therapy training at University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last for long in Texas before moving to Orlando Florida where she experienced various acting roles which included independent local films as well as world-wide commercials. It was there that she discovered her passion for the art of acting even in small roles. Then she moved from New York and in 2001 she landed her first stage role in the daytime soap opera All My Children as Rosa Santos. Through the initial decade of 2000, she played small roles in JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. Her first major part came in 2004's short dramatic The Mountain.
