Alana De La Garza is a stunning actress who is leaving a mark on the small screen. The parents of De La Garza were both Irish and Mexican American. She was born in Columbus, Ohio, on the 26th of December, 1976. Soon after, she moved to Texas where she pursued a medical therapy training at University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last for long in Texas before moving to Orlando Florida where she experienced various acting roles which included independent local films as well as world-wide commercials. It was there that she discovered her passion for the art of acting even in small roles. Then she moved from New York and in 2001 she landed her first stage role in the daytime soap opera All My Children as Rosa Santos. Through the initial decade of 2000, she played small roles in JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. Her first major part came in 2004's short dramatic The Mountain. De La Garza played Maria Serrano, alongside some of the most renowned TV actors, including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggi and Mitch Pilegge. The year 2006 was the time she played A.D.A. on Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared in 85 episodes. Her character on the Law & Order: LA spinoff, which was not long-lasting. The character she played earned De La Garza many nominations including Best Supporting Actress - Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards and even several ALMA Award noms. She received an Impact Award in 2008 for her remarkable performance on a dramatic television series from National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza was then assigned as a regular character on CSI Miami. She played Marisol Deko in the role of spouse of David Caruso's portrayer Horatio Caine. She was Doctor. Lena Solis in NBC's dark comedy Do No Harm. Alyssa Milano was cancelled by NBC after just two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her parents are from Italian origin as well as a younger brother Cory who is ten years older than her. Her family was an exceptionally religious and conservative family. Milano was able to begin her career at seven when her babysitter was with her on an audition for acting. The audition she took part in was one of over 1,000 people who applied. The audition panel selected her as one of only four girls. Milano has appeared in ads on television and off-Broadway, including the American musical adaptation of Jane Eyre.
